We are a local husband and wife team based in Limerick city, with a combined 30 + years in the hospitality industry
using local Irish farmers and suppliers

Our philosophy is simple.

Start with the best produce and change it as little as possible.

“Good ingredients need very little work”

And using as eco friendly packaging as possible.

Take our crackers for example

we like to say you could just put the whole packet into the compost without ever opening it!

But then you would miss out on our hand crafted Lavosh and that would be such a shame!
